Designing the future office - easier said than done!
The office, and the physical technology within it, is changing in front of our eyes (well, when weâre in the office to notice that is).Whilst that may seem a fairly obvious statement, it is not as straightforward as it appears. If, like me, youâre actively working in the evolution of hybrid work, you will have noticed that the future of the office, its demise or otherwise, or whether we actually need one, has never had more debate and airtime than this past couple of years.
Engage employees and create great workplace experiences in a hybrid world
Creating a great workplace experience was hard enough when we were all together. Now that weâre distributed itâs even more difficult to meaningfully engage with our colleagues and the organization. One of the tried and tested ways to bring people together is through internal events - a seemingly win-win for employers and their people.
Founders Manifesto
We never set out to build a startup.
Calven was born through a need to find a single technology solution that could power our new world of work. Looking beyond existing technology products we've built a workplace experience platform that can equally meet the needs of individuals, teams and the organization - making the future of work work for everyone.
âHere's our story.
Hybrid work: why self-regulation is inherently selfish
Itâs a given that the future of work must include an element of choice and flexibility. This is important because each business is different, and every team and the individuals within those teams all have varying requirements, driven by preference, circumstance, geography, team, role, and ways of working.
Your company has a hybrid work policy. Now what?
Hybrid work will only be successful if itâs driven by individual employee preferences, team objectives and organizational policies, all combined. Read our whitepaper to discover the latest research about ongoing challenges and the latest workplace practices.
