Calven integrates with your existing applications and solutions and offers an open API to build additional functionality your employees or teams might need. Calven integrations help you make use of existing information and systems while providing new workflows, insights and data.

We support typical corporate and enterprise requirements with integrations, apps and add-ins covering Single Sign-On, e-mail and calendar, Slack and Teams. Additional virtual systems including HRIS and physical integrations for office systems such as access control, lockers, occupancy and booking systems are always being added.Â

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Calven track the hours I’ve worked?
No, Calven is not a timesheet or time recording system. Employers gain insights into office occupancy through anonymous aggregate statistics that help them plan their real estate needs.
Does Calven track my location?
The Calven app does not track your location or share it with your employer.

Optional physical access control features that let Calven replace your access card may require Bluetooth and location services to improve operation when Calven is in the background. Â Only your approximate location is used, and only at the time you open a door (not continually).
What information does Calven record?
In addition to your planned work location, Calven uses information supplied by your employer (e.g. name, email, job title, department/team). You can also provide additional information such as your interests, skills and dietary requirements to help your employer provide a more tailored experience. This information is optional and you can change or remove it at any time. Â Calven also features privacy controls so that you can control the visibility of the information you provide.
